The special thing about proSan Vitamin D3+K2 4,000 IU is the combination with vitamin K2. As a dietary supplement, high doses of vitamin D3 should always be taken together with vitamin K2, otherwise there may be health risks.

The vitamin K2 form MK-7 all-trans used in proSan Vitamin D3+K2 4,000 IU comes from natural plant sources - and is better absorbed by the body than other K2 forms and is there also longer active.

Vitamin D and vitamin K are fat-soluble vitamins. Both therefore need fat/OIL as a transport medium - only then can the body use and utilize them. proSan Vitamin D3+K2 4,000 IU - Capsules contain liquid D3 or K2 with a very high bioavailability based on oil (sunflower oil).

More than half of all people in Germany have a vitamin D deficiency. 80 - 95% of the requirement is formed in the skin - but only under the influence of the sun. In our latitudes, an adequate supply is practically only possible in summer, since the sun is too low in the months from October to March and the UV radiation is therefore too low. A supply through food is more than difficult, since only very few foods (oil sardines, herring, eggs) contain significant amounts of vitamin D.

Recommendation for use:
