Contains 22 vol.% Alcohol.
Contradictions
Do not apply to alcohol patients. Because of the alcohol content, Potagil® should only be used for liver patients, epileptics and people with organic diseases of the brain after consultation with the doctor. Since there is no sufficiently documented experiences during pregnancy and lactation and due to the alcohol content Potagil® should only be used after consultation with the doctor. There are no sufficiently documented experiences for the use of this drug in children. Therefore, it should not be used and because of the alcohol content in children under the age of 12.
Dosage instructions, type and duration of the application
The dosage takes place individually.
The following information can be used for orientation: adults and adolescents from the age of 12: In acute conditions every half up to a whole hour, a maximum of 12 times a day, take 5-10 drops each. Take 5-10 drops 1-3 times a day for chronic forms.
It is best to dilute with plenty of liquid (e.g. half a glass of water) before meals.
