The gel with the new formula is too viscous and cannot be spread well on the gums. Instead of spreading, clumps form.

I often have gum inflammation on my back molars. The gel has to be applied often for it to help.
Of course, it does not replace professional teeth cleaning.

A great product and above all effective. My gum pockets were closed after 4 weeks. Of course, I still go for a teeth cleaning every 6 months
