1. Shake the bottle carefully.
2. Remove the green cap.
3. Hold the nasal spray away from the face and pump a fine spray lever until the first time.
4. Clean your nose so that it is as free as possible.
5. Hold a nostril and push the spray opening into the other nostril. Place the spray head on the side of the nose opposite the nasal septum opposite.
6. Press the spray head and breathe in slightly. Repeat the process in the other nostril.

Use a clean handkerchief to rub the spray opening after use and close the nasal spray with the green cap again.

  • If corticosteroid nasal sprays in higher dose and over a longer period of time are used, side effects can occur due to the absorption of the active ingredient. Such reactions occur much less often than when taking corticosteroid tablets and can vary from patient to patient and in the case of different corticosteroid-containing medicines.
