Field of use

Orthomol Nemuri Night Direct granulate (pack size: 30 pc) is a dietary supplement. It contains melatonin, passion flower extract and lemon balm extract. With blueberry taste.

Melatonin contributes to shortening the sleep time. The positive effect occurs with a recording of 1 mg melatonin shortly before going to bed. Melatonin contributes to relieving the subjective sensation of jet lag. The positive effect occurs with a melatonin at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel shortly before going to bed and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.
