Contraindications

dosage

Recommended consumption of Orthodoc R-+-alpha lipoic acid capsules (pack size: 60 pieces):

swallow one capsule with liquid once a day. Ideally, it should be consumed either 30 minutes before a meal or approx. 2 hours after a meal.
