Orange, also called apple, is an evergreen citrus tree. The oil glands in the fruit bowls exude an aromatic fragrance. Orange trees become up to 10 meters high. They are divided into four categories: blond, navel, bitter oranges and the acid-free oranges. From the orange you gain juice, the aromatic orange peel and the shell oil, which is used in perfumerie and food aromatics.
