OPTIFAST soup vegetable powder

OPTIFAST^® home is a meal replacement for a weight control diet or part of a daily ration for a weight control diet.

Preparation:
All OPTIFAST^® home products can be eaten hot or cold, as desired.
1. Pour the contents of one sachet into 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50°C). Discard leftover food.
2. Mix with a whisk or shake well in a blender jar until the powder is completely dissolved. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Recommendation for use and storage:
Meal replacement for a weight control diet:
Replace one or two main meals a day with one Sachet OPTIFAST^®® home products only fulfill the intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet, other foods must be part of this diet.

Daily ration for weight control diet:
Make sure you drink enough fluids. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of a no or low calorie beverage per day. If all daily meals are replaced by OPTIFAST^® home, OPTIFAST^® home may not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitability for young people only after consultation with the attending physician. Store cool and dry. Cover the prepared product tightly and consume within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator. Discard leftover food. Packed in a protective atmosphere.
