The pain therapy device from OMRON uses the clinically tested TENS technology to alleviate and reduce pain symptoms, without any medication. For more than 30 years, TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) has been used by healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists and pain therapists to relieve pain. Light electrical impulses, which are comparable to the natural bioelectricity in the body, stimulate the body's own pain-relieving mechanisms. Treatment with TENS helps to block the transmission of pain information and triggers the release of endorphins. The device has three different treatment programs for three selected body zones: shoulders, back and soles of the feet. The intensity can be adjusted in 5 levels.
