I am very satisfied with the device, it is solidly built, has a good display including pulse rate and is simple and practical to use. It's easy to read and put on. I can't estimate the accuracy very well because I don't have any comparison values, but the results are consistent. I've been using it for a few months now, although not very regularly, and I haven't had to change the batteries yet.
