Who is OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN suitable for?
The vaginal flora is formed by billions of different beneficial lactobacilli – also known as lactic acid bacteria. These ensure a specific pH value in the vagina in which unwanted germs and fungi cannot multiply. The development of the vaginal flora begins at birth through the oral intake of beneficial bacteria. The natural route for lactobacilli to enter the vaginal area is through the mouth and intestines.

However, the natural balance of the vaginal flora can be disrupted. This can be caused by medications (e.g., antibiotics) or hormonal changes (including hormonal contraceptives such as the pill, during pregnancy, or during menopause). This changes the number and diversity of the important lactobacilli in the vagina.

As a result, germs and fungi can easily multiply, creating a microbial imbalance.

How does OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMANwork?
OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN supplements the bacterial flora with four viable bacterial cultures naturally occurring in the human body.

The viability and reproductive capacity of these specially matched bacteria is guaranteed until the best-before date.

How is OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN used?
Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN (= 2 g) into approximately 1/8 liter of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.

If you take OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN twice daily, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.

OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

If you are known to have fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC^® WOMAN to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria almost completely metabolize their food (= fructo-oligosaccharides, etc.), so that only individual molecules of these substances reach the intestine.
