dosage

Recommended consumption of Omni Biotic SR-9 bag (pack size: 7x3 g):

1-2 x daily 1 bag omni-biotic® SR-9 (= 3 g) stir in 1/8 l of water, wait at least 10 minutes of activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before going to bed.
