It took a 30 day cycle until I felt an effect. At first I even had increased flatulence and problems with (otherwise regular) bowel movements. I'll test one more cycle now and then decide if it's worth the money.

I'm taking Omni biotic metabolism for the second time after about a year. A bag dissolved in H2O, at least one minute activation time. I'm fine. Price here was much better when I purchased :-)
