How is Omni-Biotic^® 10 applied?
During the entire antibiotic therapy 2 times a day 1 bag omni-biotic^® 10 (= 5 g) stir in 1/8 l of water, Wait for at least 1 minute activation time, stir again and then drink. After antibiotic therapy as possible Take 1 bag 1 x a day for 14 days.

Ideally, Omni-Biotic^® 10 should not be taken at the same time as an antibiotic, but At least 1 hour before or after.

No matter what is written about antibiotics, killing bacteria is important (especially with tooth root canal treatment). Building good bacteria is even more important.

These Omni products are very good and I can only recommend them to everyone. Because of various illnesses, I have to take several medications every day. Of course, these have side effects. Taking this product every now and then also solves intestinal problems !!
