Why DHA and EPA from microalgae?
More and more people are opting out health & ethical reasons for a Diet without fish and meat or without at all animal products, but still want optimal Ensure supply with DHA and EPA . DHA and EPA in our product come from microalgae "Schizochytrium sp" and have with 250 mg Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 125 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) per capsule a high content of omega-3 fatty acids.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential, which means they are are essential, but can cannot be produced by the body itself. One adequate intake through food is therefore necessary.

Good source of omega-3 for anyone who doesn't want to include fish in their diet or follows a vegan diet. I also find the product packaging very appealing. The color puts me in a better mood every morning when I take the capsules.
