I bought this product as a supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding and instead of the 6, I only took 2-3 capsules in the evening before going to bed. This way you won't notice any fishy taste or breath ';-) I explicitly chose this product because it contains relatively little vitamin E compared to other preparations, which I already take with another NEM and didn't want to overdose. I would buy it again and again!
