Take in the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).

Duration of the application?
The duration of use depends on the type of complaints and/or the course of the disease. In principle, the duration of the application is not limited in time, the drug should be used in the long term.

Overdose?
With an overdose, there may be nausea and discomfort. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

Forgot to take it?
Continue the intake as normal at the next prescribed time (not with the double quantity).

Mode of action

How does the ingredient of the medicine work?

The active ingredient lowers the blood fat level by hindering the body's own manufacture of certain fats in the liver, so -called neutral fats or triglycerides. The proportion of fats circulating in the bloodstream is thus reduced and their attachment to the inner walls ("calcification") is reduced.

- Children and adolescents under the age of 18: The drug should generally not be used in this age group.

What about pregnancy and lactation?
- Pregnancy: Contact your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding: An application is advised against current knowledge. You may be to consider a weaning.

Side effects

What adverse effects may occur?
