Before use, remove the cotton with clean fingers from the earplugs. If necessary, reduce the plug by tearing off the plug. Don't use torn pieces anymore! Knead the plug soft and shape it into a coherent, sufficiently large ball and thus close the opening of the ear canal with gentle pressure. Do not insert deep! After use, only take out the plug with your fingers. A slight pressure from behind on the auricle loosens the plug. Do not use hard or pointed objects!

Since I'm a "night owl", I like to sleep until midday. When you use the earplugs, you are guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep even during the day - neither the traffic noise (Berlin, main street) nor the often quite loud daytime noises in the house are noticeable. I have been using Ohropax earplugs for many years and will continue to use them. Clear purchase recommendation! However, I don't use the plugs once, as recommended, but 4-5 times, and keep them in an empty ear plug box between uses so that there is no question of them getting dirty.

I think I've tried everything on the market. Conclusion: I think this product is very good, fits snugly in the ear and doesn't pinch. The slightly greasy feeling when shaping bothered me at first. But I can live with this small disadvantage. Because they are the best on the market, based on my experience.

I've been using the earplugs for years. Unfortunately I lost one of the last pair on vacation and couldn't find it again despite an intensive search. The next vacation is coming up and I have to sleep in the same room again with my husband, who snores. I'm very happy with the pegs

I prefer the wax balls because they can be shaped into any shape you want; one is enough for both ears. The protection against annoying noises is much higher than with foam parts.
