Norsan Omega-3 Kids Oil has a delicious orange taste and is particularly intended for children. The two marine omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are equally important for the good and healthy development of a child. Therefore, Omega-3 kids contain a combination of fish oil (Rich to Epa) and cod oil (rich in DHA) in a suitable ratio. In addition, a cold -pressed biological olive oil is an antioxidant used. Omega-3 Kids contains the natural, high-dose but non-concentrated fish and cod oils from wild catch from Norsan. Depending on the age of the child, 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of omega-3 kids cover the daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids a day. There are 560 mg omega-3 fatty acids or 1,120 mg omega-3 fatty acids contain. Due to the liquid dosage form and the good taste, the oil can be put in the food of the children every day, such as in a smoothie, Brei or yogurt. So taking Omega-3 kids is simple and pleasant.

I have a 5 year old daughter who, like many young children, is very picky about her diet. For example, she doesn't like fish at all. Even with fish fingers, she only eats the breading. That's why we initially bought the jelly tablets, but now she refuses to take them either. Surprisingly, it works very well with the Omega-3 Kids liquid and we will stick with it for now. I like that Norsan offers different dosage forms for children. As parents, we can easily vary between different products.
