In this way, it prevents smokers from quitting smoking again. The permanent weaning of tobacco consumption is the goal of the treatment.

If the body is suddenly no longer supplied with tobacco, various symptoms can occur, which are referred to as withdrawal symptoms. The use of Nicotin Beta Mint chewing gum can prevent such symptoms and relieve the desire for smoking by continuing your body during a transition period. The strength of the chewing gum should be chosen on the basis of its nicotin addiction. If you smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day or if you were unsuccessful with Nicotin Beta Mint 2 mg beforehand, 4 mg should be chosen. In other cases, 2 mg should be used.

Nicotin beta mint chewing gum should be used if they usually smoked cigarettes or if a desire for smoking arises. At the beginning of the treatment, 1 to 2 hours of chewing gum can be used. A sufficient amount of chewing gum should be chewed every day. The dosage is individual and depends on your nicotine addiction. In most cases, 8 to 12 chewing gum per day is sufficient. In order to maximize the chances of success, it is important not to dose too low.

Daily maximum dose:
Nicotin Beta Mint 2 mg:
24 chewing gum per day, corresponding to 48 mg nicotin/day.
Nicotin Beta Mint 4 mg:
16 chewing gum per day, accordingly 64 mg nicotin/day.

The treatment time is personal. Usually the treatment should take at least 3 months. After that, the nicotindosis is gradually reduced. The treatment should be ended if the dose has been reduced to 1 to 2 chewing gum per day. The regular use of Nicotin Beta Mint chewing gum over a period of more than 6 months is usually not recommended.

In some cases, longer treatment times may be necessary to avoid relapse to smoking. Remaining chewing gum should be kept because the desire for smoking can occur suddenly. Advice and support can improve the chances of success.

Chewing technology
The right chewing technology is important. Chew nicotin beta mint slowly, with breaks, otherwise there is a risk that you will get heartburn and swallow:

Chew until the taste becomes strong or a slight burning can be felt, then stop chewing.
Let the chewing gum rest between the cheek and the gums until the taste and the burning feeling have stopped.
Then slowly chew on until the taste becomes strong again or feel a slight burning.
Repeat the chewing process for about 30 minutes.

The nicotic effects only occur after a few minutes. The same quick relief as for smoking cannot therefore be expected.
