Vitamin D3 liquid
Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin, is actually a hormone that can be formed in the skin with the help of UV-light. In winter in particular, vitamin D formation can be reduced due to reduced solar radiation, but it can also be reduced in summer by using sunscreen the body's own vitamin D production is restricted. With increasing age, the ability of humans to form vitamin D in the skin decreases.
For a long time, vitamin D was considered a pure bone vitamin. In recent years, however, it has been shown that vitamin D influences and regulates many other functions in the body.
Vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system, is important for muscle function, for bones and for maintaining normal blood calcium levels.
