NutriCoach® Sleep is a dietary supplement.
Nutrients and plant substances for relaxation and shortening the time it takes to fall asleep. With an extract from the sleeping berry and the body's own substance melatonin as well vitamin B6 and the mineral magnesium.
- With melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The effect occurs with the ingestion of 1 mg if consumed just before bedtime.
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 support the normal function of the nerves.
- The sleeping berry (Ashwagandha) promotes mental relaxation.
- Gluten free, lactose free, vegan
