Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken
  • for severe temporary depressive disorders, since there is no sufficient data

  • The medicine must not be applied together with active ingredients from the following drug classes, the dismantling and excretion of which certain liver enzymes (cytochrome P450-3A4, CYP2C19) or a certain drug transport system (P-glycoprotein) are involved:

    • Immunosuppressants, e.g. Ciclosporin and Tacrolimus;

dosage
