dosage

  • Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is,

 

  • duration of the application.
    • If necessary, a preparation should be converted to a lower strength of active ingredients in order to reduce the neuropathier risk associated with vitamin B6

 

  • If you have taken a larger amount than you should.
    • If more than 5 tablets over 2 months are taken daily, nerve damage can occur. Vitamin B6 can, however, cause neuropathies in daily doses from 50 mg over a longer period of time (months to years):
    • If sensitivity disorders occur, a doctor should therefore be consulted. In these cases, the B vitamins should be discontinued and, if necessary, symptom-oriented measures should be taken.

 

  • If you have forgotten the intake
    • Take the normal intake again; Do not compensate for the forgotten intake through twice the amount.

 

  • If you cancel the intake.

  • Warnings and Precautions
    • In the case of hypersensitivity to vitamin B1 , the medicine may only be taken under medical supervision after careful benefits/risk assessment.
    • With long -term intake of daily doses over 50 mg pyridoxin hydrochloride (vitamin B6) as well as with short -term use of doses in the gram area, tingling and ants on the hands and feet (signs of peripheral sensory neuropathy or paraesthesia) were observed.
