Field of use

• The preparation is a combination of neurotropic vitamins: thiamine (vitamin B₁) and pyridoxin (vitamin B₆).
• The medicine is used for neurological system diseases by proven deficiency of vitamins B₁ and B₆.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken
  • if you are allergic to thiaminchloride hydrochloride (vitamin B₁), pyridoxin hydrochloride (vitamin B₆) or one of the other components of the preparation.

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The recommended dose is:
  • Adult
    • 1 to 3 times a day 1 film-coated tablet (corresponding to 100- 300 mg vitamin B₁/Vitamin B₆ per day).
    • The maximum daily dose should not be exceeded.

 

• Duration of the application
  • After a four -week therapy, the doctor should decide whether the administration of vitamin B₁ and B₆ is still necessary in the high dosage

 

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • Orally taken vitamin B₁ is of low harm.

 

• If you have forgotten the intake.
  • Do not take the double dose if you have forgotten the prior intake.

    • If you notice misunderstandings such as tingling or ants on your hands and feet (peripheral sensory neuropathies)
      Peripheral sensory neuropathies were used for long -term intake (more than 6 - 12 months) of daily doses over 50 mg vitamin B₆ and in the event of short -term intake (longer than 2 months) of daily doses over 1 g of vitamin B₆ observed.

  • The medicine has no influence on the ability to use and the ability to use machines.

Pregnancy.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this drug
• During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the recommended daily intake for vitamin B₁ is 1.4 - 1.6 mg and for vitamin B₆ 2.4 - 2.6 mg.
