Nasal Spray Zentiva
Quick help for blocked runny noses
Active substance:
xylometazoline hydrochloride.
Other ingredients:
Contains benzalkonium chloride.
Application areas:
For adults and children over 6 years of age to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in the case of acute colds and rhinitis that occurs in attacks vasomotorica, short-term supportive treatment of allergic colds such as hay fever. In the case of chronic colds, the application is allowed because of the risk of atrophy of the nasal mucosa only on special medical advice.

The spray head is not very narrow at the top and is quite "angular". Then it's not that easy to press and if you write it off you'll get a nosebleed.
