Field of use

Mykosert® cream stops skin and foot mushroom.

Mykosert® is a wide-effective medicine for the treatment of skin and foot fungus (Tinea Pedis) and other forms of skin fungus such as ringelnocks (tinea corporis) or the flashing mushroom braid (Pityriasis Versicolor).

Mykosert® acts both antifungal against the cause of the disease and, with its anti -inflammatory and antibacterial properties, also relieves the typical symptoms such as itching, burning, bubbles and unpleasant smells of the skin.

Mykosert® is available as a cream or spray and is increasingly recommended in the skin in recent years. The reason for the popularity of Mykosert® is the modern antifungal active ingredient Sertaconazole (hence the name: Mykosert). Sertaconazole acts fungicide and fungistatic. Mykosert® kills the mushroom pathogens in the skin and stops the mushroom growth. So the skin can regenerate and grow up healthy.

4 Frequent mistakes in skin and foot fungus that you should avoid.

Foot fungus is contagious and does not heal without therapy. The longer the fungus remains untreated, the greater the risk of spreading to toenails or other skin areas. Foot mushroom should therefore be treated early.

1. Symptoms are recognized too late or ignored
Even before the first changes of skin can be seen, the fungus is usually noticeable by invisible signs. The mushroom growth causes tensions in the skin, which are noticeable by tingling, itching or light burning.

Roots, skin tears or bubble formation in the area of the toe between toe rooms are often confused with corns or pressure points. The faster you react, the more uncomplicated the treatment is.

Often you can even smell the fungus: an unpleasant smell can be a first sign of a fungal disease. Because if the skin's immune system is weakened by the fungus, certain bacteria can also multiply better.

2. The treatment is waiting for too long
Skin and foot mushroom should be treated as early as possible- i.e. the first signs- because the longer the fungus remains untreated, the greater the risk of spreading to other skin areas or the toenails.

3. Softened skin is additionally moistened
Mushroom diseases often go hand in hand with damp, softened skin - ideal growth conditions for the pathogens. In this case, the skin should not be additionally moistened with a cream, but should be kept dry during the treatment. The hygienic Mykosert® spray based on alcohol is the right recommendation here.

4. Socks and towels are washed wrong
The risk of infection via the washing machine is often underestimated. In the family and shared apartments they spreadh the mushroom pathogens often over the laundry in the washing machine.

Laundry, towels and duvets that come into contact with the infected skin areas should be washed separately and at least 60 ° C, or with special hygiene pairers.

What Mykosert® Creme contains:
The active ingredient is Sertaconazolnitrate. 1 g of cream contains 20 mg Sertaconazolnitrate.

The other components are: Methyl-4-hydroxybenzoat (Ph.Eur.) (E218), Sorbic acid (Ph.Eur.) (E200), Mixture of glycerol monoisostatarat/glyceroldiisostataretatat, macrogol- 1500- (mono, di) stair, macrogol-6-glycerol (mono, di) alkanoat (C12-C18), thin paraffin, cleaned water.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

Use of Mykosert® cream for skin and foot mushroom:

Depending on the severity of the disease, Mykosert® cream is applied 1-2 times a day to the infected skin area and distributed with the fingers.

• wash the affected skin areas thoroughly with warm water and skin -friendly soap.
• then dry the skin thoroughly. Do not use a towel, but paper towels or toilet paper to avoid risk of infection.
• spread mykosert® cream thinly on the affected and surrounding skin.

The nourishing cream closes brittle skin areas and is ideal for mushroom diseases with dry skin. The active ingredient moves into the skin immediately after use. The effect remains after the application like a protective shield against the mushroom up to 48 hours of waterproof (depot effect).

The use of Mykosert® cream should also be continued after the first decline in symptoms and takes place until the disease is completely healed. In general, she should apply for 28 days.
