MyBIOTIK^®PRAELASAN
For normal digestion

Dietary supplement with a fiber mix of psyllium husk, corn dextrin and baobab as well as the mineral calcium, which is important for digestion.

• Regulate and soothe psyllium. They stimulate intestinal activity and form mucilage that forms a protective film on the intestinal mucosa.
• Corn dextrin is food for a healthy intestinal flora. It serves as a source of food for the intestinal bacteria and thus promotes the intestinal ecosystem.
• Baobab contains many valuable ingredients for health. Baobab powder is rich in fiber, antioxidant vitamins and minerals.
• Calcium contributes to the normal functioning of digestive enzymes.

Consumption recommendation:
Pour the daily portion of powder 14 g (3 level measuring spoons) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 200 ml of liquid while stirring. The daily portion can be taken throughout the day before or with a meal.

Tip:
Depending on your preference, the tasteless powder can be stirred into still water, tea, juice, yoghurt, muesli or other foods.

Special groups of people:
• Children from 6-14 years take 1½ level measuring spoons (7 g) once a day.
