Adults and children take 1 capsule of Multilac Darmsynbioticum (pack size: 10 pieces) daily, preferably in the evening. Can be used in children > 3 years old who are able to swallow the capsule. When taking an antibiotic, it can be used concomitantly, but should be several hours apart from meals.
