I stumbled across the product by chance and heard from friends that they were taking MSM and since then their allergies and skin eczema have healed much better or have been reduced. Since I struggle with small flare-ups of sun allergies and the like from time to time, I thought I'd give it a try. The capsules are well portioned and are recommended to be taken twice a day with a glass of water. Swallowing is very easy and the capsules are tolerated by my stomach. I noticed that the hoped-for effect was occurring and, moreover, that my joint problems had improved. A great product for anyone who wants to give their body a boost in its own regeneration.
