I always have the 4 drops insoles and find them absolutely sufficient. If you have mild bladder weakness, you are very well protected and never have to worry about something getting in your pants. They absorb very well, you never feel damp and they never smell. Very satisfied, that's why 5 stars!

The Hartmann insoles are very absorbent and that's exactly what I need. They are soft and don't smell like perfume like many from the drugstore. I think it's great and I'm happy with it.

Super protection all day. The liquid is immediately absorbed that you always have a dry feeling. The stop in the underwear is also very good. In others it has always slipped or has also loosened over time.

These pads/inserts are very absorbent and therefore very good for urinary incontinence. Men don't have a lot of choice on the market when it comes to insoles for bladder weakness, but in my opinion these are the best currently on the market.
