For many years I have had problems with poor nasal breathing and recurring colds. Sea salt spray led to more dry mucous membranes for me. Nasal rinses are very time-consuming. This spray is uncomplicated, effective and absolutely perfect for me. No habituation effect. I take it in the morning and evening and also ensure that the air in the room is not too dry.

The German version of XLEAR. It's cheaper and in my opinion has the same effect. For me the best nasal spray for moistening my nose! Unlike normal sea water spray, it doesn't make your nose sore! 5 Stars!
