milgamma® Mono 50 must not be taken if you are allergic to the active ingredient Benfotiamine or against Thiamin or one of the other components of this drug mentioned in section 6 of the use information.

For the therapy of neuropathies, Milgamma®mono 50 should initially be taken over a period of at least 3 weeks. Then further treatment according to the therapeutic success.
Taking
- The dragees are taken with some liquid.
Patient information
- The duration of the treatment depends on the success of the treatment.
Pregnancy
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should only take medication after consultation with your doctor or pharmacist!
- The recommended vitamin B1 intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding is 1.4-2.3 mg.
- Vitamin B1 is excreted in breast milk.
- The drug should only be taken during pregnancy and lactation if a significant vitamin B1 deficiency has been proven. The drug may only be used at short notice, since there is no experience with overdoses during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Chronic alcoholism
- Increasing increased (e.g. pregnancy and breastfeeding)
