Field of use

Your choice for nerve damage (neuropathies) through vitamin B1 deficiency. Milgamma® Mono 300 compensates for the vitamin B1 deficiency. The accompanying symptoms of nerve damage, such as tingling, burning and numbness in your feet, can be alleviated. The vitamin B1 active ingredient Benfotiamine in Milgamma® Protekt is particularly well received by the body.
Also suitable for diabetics: diabetics have an increased risk of vitamin B1 deficiency and associated nerve damage. An early act pays off.

Contradictions

Milgamma ® Mono 300 must not be taken if you are allergic to Benfotiamine, Thiamin (chemical name for vitamin B1) or one of the other components of this medicine mentioned in Section 6 of the instructions.

dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly as described in the package insert or take in exactly after the agreement made with the doctor or pharmacist.
• Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• The following information applies unless your doctor prescribed the preparation otherwise. Please adhere to the income regulations, otherwise the tablets cannot work properly!
  • The recommended dose is 1 film -coated tablet once a day.
  • For the therapy of neuropathies, the preparation should initially be taken over a period of at least 3 weeks. This is followed by further treatment according to the therapeutic success.

 

• Duration of the application
  • The duration of the intake depends on the therapeutic success.
  • If there is no or too little effect after four weeks, the therapy of the symptoms should be checked.
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should:
  • There are generally no medical measures requiredch.

 

• If you have forgotten the intake
  • Do not take the double amount if you have forgotten the prior intake. Try to take the medicine regularly in the future.

 

• If you cancel the intake
  • If you stop taking the drug, you risk the success of the treatment.
  • If you notice unpleasant side effects, talk to your doctor about further treatment.

 

• If you have any further questions about taking the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

• The film -coated tablets are taken with some liquid.

Pregnancy

• If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this drug.
• Pregnancy
  • If you are pregnant, this drug is only useful for the treatment of a proven vitamin B1 deficiency due to its amount of active ingredient. Therefore, you may only apply the preparation if your treating doctor considers this absolutely necessary. During pregnancy, the recommended daily intake for vitamin B1 is 1.2 mg in the 2nd trimester and 1.3 mg in the 3rd trimester. The safety of an application is not yet proven more than the daily dose.
• Breastfeeding
  • If you breastfeed, this drug is only useful for the treatment of a proven vitamin B1 deficiency due to its amount of active ingredient. Therefore, you may only apply the preparation if your treating doctor considers this absolutely necessary. During breastfeeding, the recommended daily intake for vitamin B1 is 1.3 mg. The safety of an application is not yet proven more than the daily dose. Vitamin B1 passes into breast milk.
