Milgamma® 100 contains important nutrients for the nerve cells with benfotiamine and vitamin B6. They are essential for the conversion of sugar into energy and for the functionality of the nerves and support the nerve to help themselves.
The effective combination of active ingredients counteracts the undersupply of nerve cells with these vitamins and is used in the treatment of neurological system diseases (nerve diseases).

Milgamma® 100 mg film -coated tablets are used for neurological system diseases due to a lack of vitamins B1 and B6.

Contradictions
milgamma® 100 can cause neuropathies over a period of 6 months. Milgamma® 100 must not be taken if you are allergic to the active ingredients (thiamine, benfotiamine, pyridoxin hydrochloride) or one of the other components of this medicine mentioned in section 6.
dosage
- Always take the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
- Please adhere to the income regulations, otherwise the drug cannot work properly!
- Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take one tablet once a day. In acute cases, the dose can be increased to up to 3 times a day 1 tablet after consultation with the treating doctor.
- Duration of the application:
- After 4 weeks at the latest, the treating doctor should decide whether the administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin B1 is further indicated in the increased dosage (3x 1 tablet daily).
- If necessary, should be converted to 1x daily administration to the neuropathierisic associated with vitamin B6o to lower.
- Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the drug is too strong or too weak.
- If you have taken a larger amount of the drug than you should
- High doses of vitamin B6 can lead to neurotoxic effects with short -term intake (doses over 1 g/day).
- If symptoms occur, the doctor must be consulted.
- If you forgot to take the drug
- Take the medicine in as before at the usual times and think about regular intake in the future.
- If you cancel the intake of the drug
- If the treatment is interrupted, you endanger the success of the treatment!
- If you experience unpleasant side effects, please talk to your doctor about further treatment.
- If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Taking
- Please take the tablets with sufficient liquid.
- The time of intake can be chosen as desired.
Patient information
- Particular caution when taking the drug is required:
- The medicine can cause neuropathies over a period of 6 months.
- There are no knowledge when using the drug in children and older people.
- Wateriness and operating machines
- There are no special precautions required.
Pregnancy
- Pregnancy and breast feeding period
- Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking all drugs.
- Pregnancy:
- If you are pregnant, this drug is only useful for the treatment of a proven vitamin B1 and B6 deficiency due to its active ingredient.
- Therefore, you may only apply the medicine if your doctor considers this to be absolutely necessary. During pregnancy, the recommended daily intake for vitamin B1 is 1.4-1.6 mg and for vitamin B6 2.4-2.6 mg. The safety of an application is not yet proven more than the daily doses.
- Still -time:
- If you breastfeed, this drug is only useful for the treatment of a proven vitamin B1 and B6 deficiency due to its active ingredient. Therefore, you may only apply the medicine if your doctor considers this to be absolutely necessary. During breastfeeding, the recommended daily intake for vitamin B1 is 1.4-1.6 mg and for vitamin B6 2.4-2.6 mg.
- The safety of an application is not yet proven more than the daily doses. Vitamin B1 and B6 pass into breast milk. High doses of vitamin B6 can inhibit milk production.
