Field of use
- This preparation is a fungal drug for external treatment of skin diseases (antifungal).
- It is used for the treatment of severe forms of diaper mermatitis, in which a proven settlement with yeast mushrooms (Candida Spp.) Is in the foreground.
- Miconazole is used in infants, children and adults.

Contradictions
- The medicine must not be used,
- if you are allergic to miconazolnitrate, zinc oxide, related mushroom -killing medication or one of the other components of this medicine.
dosage
- Always apply this medicine exactly as described here or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- The paste is used with every diaper change and after each bathroom on the entire affected area.
- Duration of the application
- The treatment should be continued at least one week beyond the disappearance of all complaints.
- The signs of fungal disease usually decrease significantly within the first 7 days after the start of treatment with Miconazole. If the signs of the fungal disease do not go back within the first 7 days after the start of treatment, you must see a doctor.
- Do not apply MICONAZOL without medical advice for more than 7 days.
- Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Miconazole is too strong or too weak.
- If you have used a larger amount than you should
- Excessive use can lead to skin reactions that usually go back after the end of the therapy.
- If you take Miconazole accidentally, please contact your doctor.
- If you have forgotten the application
- Do not apply twice the amount if you have forgotten the previous application.
- If you cancel the application
- If you cancel the treatment with Miconazole too early, a recurrence of the fungal infection is possible.
- If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Taking
- For application on the skin.
- Miconazole is used for every diaper change and after each bathroom on the entire affected area.
- Before using the paste, the skin must be cleaned with lukewarm water and carefully dry. The paste is carefully applied with your fingertips without massaging it.
- Classic treatment methods and precautionary measures must also be observed when using the paste. The use of non-oklicable (disposable) diapers and a frequent diaper change is of great importance. The infected skin must not be cleaned with perfumed soaps, shampoos or lotions.

- The preparation is only intended for external application and must not be taken.
- Kavoid onclock with the eyes.
- If there are hypersensitivity reactions or irritation, the treatment must be canceled.
- Wateriness and ability to operate machines
- Miconazole has no or an excessive influence on the traffic and the ability to use machines.
Pregnancy
- If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this drug.
- Miconazole used on the skin is absorbed by the body to a very small extent (less than 1 %).
- There is no data whether the active ingredient is released into breast milk.
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should therefore only use the preparation after consultation with a doctor.
- Please do not apply Miconazole in the chest area during breastfeeding. This is how you avoid the direct contact of the infant with Miconazole.
