Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

1 Sachet daily, stir the contents of one sachet into 200 ml of cold or up to 60°C warm liquid (low-fat milk, water). Stir until completely dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation.
