Instructions for use for MERCURIALIS OINTMENT, 30 g

Field of use

• Anthroposophical medicines in purulent and poorly healing skin diseases
  • Areas of application according to the anthroposophic human and natural knowledge.
    • This includes:
      • Harmonization of the interaction of sensation and life organization in skin and subcutaneous in chronic inflammatory processes, purulent, poorly healing wounds, eczema.

20 mg calendula ex Herba Ferm 33c (Hom./anthr.)
10 mg allium cepa ferm 34a (hom./anthr.)

Peanut oil, sophisticated auxiliary material (+)
Vaselin, white auxiliary substance (+)
Water, cleaned auxiliary material (+)
Wool wax auxiliary material (+)

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used
  • in fresh, open wounds
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) compared to one of the other components

dosage

• Unless otherwise prescribed, apply the medicine thinly 1 to 3 times a day. Depending on the size of the affected area, an approximately 0.5 to 2 cm long ointment strand is used. When used as an ointment association, apply the medicine with an approx. 2 to 5 cm long ointment strand to bandage mull and cover the inflamed area for 24 hours (booklet attachment or loose mull bandage association). Renew after 24 hours of ointment association.
• Notice:
  • Do not bring the ointment into the eye or apply mucous membranes.

 

• Duration of the application
  • If there is no improvement after a week of application, a doctor must be consulted. Without prejudice to this, the indications mentioned may require long -term treatment with the medicine.
