Phase 1: Fall Asleep Faster
Melatonin can naturally support the body in shortening the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that regulates sleep and is released at nightfall. A hectic daily routine, frequent stress, or lack of rest can severely disrupt natural sleep. With increasing age, the body's natural production of melatonin also decreases.
Phase 2: Sleep Better:
The delayed release of natural valerian contributes to maintaining sleep.
Ingredients:
Valerian root extract, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, golden poppy extract, anticaking agent: dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin, colorings: iron oxide, indigotin
Recommended use:
Adults aged 18 years and over should take one tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime with sufficient liquid.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
