MELATONIN 1.9 mg sleep spray
Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep To achieve the positive effect, take at least 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Recommended consumption:
Give 1 spray directly into the mouth once a day, shortly before going to bed. Shake well before each use. Before first use, pump a few times until an even spray is created. Close the cap again after use. Flush the nozzle if it is clogged.
Important instructions:
Pregnant and breastfeeding women are recommended to consult their doctor. The same applies to long-term use and to people who take medication. Please only take before going to bed, not before operating machines or driving a car. Do not take with alcohol. Only recommended for people aged 18 and over.
