Mediderm® Bath Emulsion

Mediderm® Bath Emulsion is a special moisturizing oil emulsion for bathing. It was specifically developed for the professional care of skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and atopic dermatitis.

Mediderm® Bath Emulsion lubricates the skin, reduces excessive flaking, and leaves the skin feeling noticeably firmer. It ensures long-lasting suppleness by reducing skin tension. Mediderm® Bath Emulsion helps regenerate the natural lipid barrier, prevents excessive moisture loss, and maintains moisture levels even in the deeper layers of the skin. Mediderm® Bath Emulsion thus supports the relief of accompanying symptoms of dry skin such as redness, itching, and burning. Clean and supple skin is easier to care for and more resistant to inflammation. Baths offer the opportunity to gently remove irritants, allergens, and dead skin.

Mediderm® Bath Emulsion is free of SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), cortisone, parabens, and artificial colors and fragrances. It can be used from the first month of life.

The bath emulsion is dermatologically and microbiologically tested.

Note on application:
Mediderm® Bathing emulsion add to the incoming bathing water-dosage takes place with the help of the locking cap (adults 0.5 closure caps per bathtub, for infants and children 1 inner locker cap per bathtub). The bathroom time should be about 10 to 15 minutes. Dry gently, avoid strong rubbing. Mediderm® bathing emulsion leaves an occlusive protective film on the skin (a larger amount of the product can be added to the bathing water). Shake before use.

Composition:
Liquid paraffin, cleaned water, isopropyl myristat, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, Cetomacrogol 1000, Cetearyl alcohol. Available in the packaging size 500 ml (bottle with dosing cap).

Mechanism of action:
Liquid paraffin and glycerin have a moisturizing and greasy effect and are responsible for the formation of an occlusive film on the skin surface, which prevents the loss of moisture from the skin surface. Instead of conventional soap, Mediderm® Batz emulsion contains gentle cleaning substances that clean the skin without irritation or drying it. These are surfactants that can lower the surface tension on the interface without foaming. The bath emulsion removes dirt from the body's surface and leaves an occlusive layer on the skin after bathing, preventing moisture loss and regulating skin hydration. This makes the skin smoother, softer, and more elastic, making it less prone to excessive flaking and cracking. The product supports the restoration of the skin's natural lipid layer.

Caution! The product may leave a slippery residue in the bathtub. Please exit the bathtub carefully. Do not use after the expiration date. If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, discontinue use of Mediderm® Bath Emulsion.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to individual ingredients, Mediderm Bade Emulsion (pack size: 500 ml) should not be applied.

Dosage
