The best alternative there is to be able to suck and enjoy this very healthy honey for a long time in between, when traveling/on the go! (30 minutes) The disease killer for the mouth/throat and help for the immune system! Having to make negative reports about the sugar content and thereby ruining a top product by 30%... I'm speechless... 5 stars!
