Mānuka Health Lemon Cough Drops with Propolis and Menthol MGO 400+ It is the ingredient methylglyoxal (MGO) contained in the nectar of the Mānuka flower that gives Mānuka honey valuable properties. The higher the MGO content, the more valuable and rare Mānuka honeys are.
