I keep buying this product because it helps a lot and the complex is easily absorbed and processed by the body. It helps a lot with muscle cramps and muscle tension.

We use Magnesium Diasporal regularly. The granules taste delicious and are quick and easy to take. I find it very practical that you don't have to dissolve them in water or drink anything with them. Perhaps the granules could be a little finer so that they don't feel quite so gritty in the mouth. But that's criticism at a high level and if they were too fine, they would be harder to swallow (or you'd choke). Overall, I think I've noticed a positive effect from taking them. Unfortunately, I often suffer from tension in my shoulders and neck and the headaches that come with it. Since I've been taking a sachet of Magnesium Diasporal 400 every day, it's gotten a lot better. My husband is a keen cyclist. He said that Magnesium Diasporal keeps his calves looser, even on strenuous tours. All in all, I can recommend Magnesium Diasporal.
