If you can't tolerate nuts, grains, etc. or if you just want to cover your daily magnesium needs, this product is just right for you. It tastes really fruity, dissolves well and is very well tolerated (at least for me). Since care should be taken to ensure an adequate supply of magnesium even when stressed, Diasporal 400mg EXTRA is a very good nutritional supplement, and not just for athletes.

Hiking and mountain biking are now possible without muscle soreness and muscle pain. There are 20 sticks of direct granules with an extra fruity orange flavor. Since I have ventricular extrasystoles and therefore have to take magnesium 400 mg once a day, it is optimal for me. Especially for on the go. The taste is also great. Wonderful for your handbag
