Everything good goes through the stomach: I've read a lot that it strengthens the immune system by adding good bacteria. I think it's quite good for the winter. My stomach is feeling a little better and is no longer so swollen that's the second reason I bought this and it helps.

The product keeps what it promises. I'm already taking the 2nd pack. My attitude towards food has changed. I can distinguish when I'm really hungry. I no longer have to eat everything, I just stop when I'm full. I've already lost weight. I'm no longer worried that this could change again. Unbelievable that bacteria cause this.
