My husband has been taking this product for a few weeks because he wanted to stop taking pantoprazole because it had caused him side effects such as a skin rash after using it for a while. Since we know that it's not that easy to stop taking stomach acid blockers, I researched what you could take instead and came across healing clay, among other things. Since my husband also had a stomach ulcer and developed irritable bowel syndrome with frequent trips to the toilet every day, I thought I could try this healing clay. And I have to say he is feeling better after using it for several weeks (2 bags in the morning on an empty stomach and another 2 bags in the evening). Furthermore, every morning an hour after using the healing clay, he drinks a cup of water mixed with a teaspoon of psyllium seeds. Both together have significantly reduced the number of trips to the toilet. I would definitely recommend the healing clay.
