Half an hour after drinking the tea, my body slowly starts to calm down and I actually notice that the tiredness is coming over me. I also noticed that my sleep has improved enormously. I sleep more soundly, I hardly wake up at night and it's easier for me to get up in the morning because I feel refreshed and well-rested. I haven't had this for a long time. Lunalaif also tastes very tasty. But it only worked for me on the third evening, before that I couldn't tell any difference. I give the tea 5 stars because of its effect.
