How does the ingredient of the medicine work?

Magnesium oxide: Magnesium is a vital mineral for our body, it is absorbed from food in the form of its salts. Magnesium plays an important role in the preservation of the functionality of muscle and nerve cells and is involved in numerous metabolic processes. A magnesium deficiency can lead to muscle cramps, especially in the calves, and concentration disorders. The heart muscle is also supported by the gastric in its function.

Contradictions

What speaks against an application?

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Heavy restricted kidney function
- AV block (disturbed heartbeat when transferring from the atrium to the chamber)
- Increased magnesium values
- Too high potassium content in the blood
- Nerve disease with sagging muscle (Myasthenia Gravis)
- Drying out
- A blood-pH value that is due to the metabolism over a certain value
- Chronic urinary tract infections with urea split bacteria
- Tendency to form kidney stones
- Tendency to calcium-magnesium-collection stone stones

Which age group must be observed?
- Children under the age of 6: The drug must not be used.

What about pregnancy and lactation?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the drug has no harmful effects on the development of your child or birth.
- Still -time: According to current knowledge, there is no evidence that the medicine must not be applied during breastfeeding.

If the medicine has been prescribed to you despite a counter -notification, speak to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit can be higher than the risk of using the application.
