Contradictions

Take 1 tablet of Loratadin-ratiopharm 10mg (pack size: 50 pc) regardless of meals once a day. In children from 2 to 12 years with over 30 kg body weight, a dose of a tablet of Loratadin-ratiopharm 10mg (pack size: 50 pc) is also recommended daily.
For children under 30 kg Loratadin-ratiopharm 10mg (pack size: 50 pc) is not suitable and the effectiveness in children under 2 years is not proven.
With severe liver damage and over 30 kg body weight, take a tablet of Loratadin-ratiopharm 10mg (pack size: 50 pc).

• Particular caution is required when taking it
  • if you suffer from a severe liver dysfunction.
  • if you plan to have a skin test carried out. The application of the medicine should be interrupted at least 48 hours before the implementation of skin tests, since antihistamines such as this preparation can otherwise prevent or weaken positive reactions to the skin test.

Pregnancy

• Since Loratadin merges into breast milk, an application during breastfeeding is advised.

Hints

It is recommended to test your reaction to this medication before you go into a machine or car after taking it. In rare cases, traffic or operating machines can be restricted.
